Accessing CMDB UI through Mid Tier

CMDB UI is not accessible through Mid Tier

If you are not able to launch the CMDB UI through Mid Tier, you must check whether the redirect URL as described in Configuring the URL to access CMDB Portal through Mid Tier.

You have to enter credentials to enter CMDB UI through Mid Tier

There are two scenarios:

1. Seeing CMDB login page: you must ensure that RSSO is configured correctly to the Jetty.
2. You are seeing RSSO login page: you must check your RSSO configuration settings to make sure the domain name is set correctly in the realm settings in the RSSO adminstration console.
