Preparing for TrueSight Orchestration installation

You can download the installation files from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. 

Preparing for installing the components

The following topics will help you prepare for the installation of the individual components:

a. Remedy Single Sign-On (external only)

If installing external Remedy SSO, complete pre-installation tasks. For instructions, see Preparing to install Remedy SSO.

b. TrueSight Orchestration Platform

Configure DEP for Windows, configure terminal services, run RNGD service on Linux computers and provide appropriate database permissions.
