10.5.00.001: Fix Pack 1

This fix pack fixes the following defect:

QM002161952 - When using the BMC Infrastructure Management-PATROL Repository versions 10.5.00 or 10.5.01, an error is displayed and you are unable to download predefined packages.

Resolution:

To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:

1. Download the repository files. For more information, see Downloading the Repository.
2. In addition to the base and extended repository files, from the Patches tab, download the base repository fix pack file that corresponds to the Repository version and platform.
3. Import the repository using the Full repository with Predefined Packages and Policies option. For more information, see To import the full repository with predefined packages and policies.
4. Navigate to the Repository > Installation Components tab in the TrueSight console.
5. Click Import, select Full repository with Predefined Packages and Policies and click Continue.
6. Browse and select the appropriate base repository fix pack file from the Presentation Server file system, and click Import.

7. In the Predefined Policies section, ensure to select the Overwrite existing policies with the same name option.
8. Navigate to the Repository > Deployable Packages tab in the TrueSight console.
   The predefined packages for Linux and AIX have QM002161952 appended to their descriptions.
9. Download the required predefined packages.
