Unauthorized error in the console
The Unauthorized page is displayed when you try to access a page that your user permission is not authorized to access.
Your user permissions determine the menu options that you can view and the pages that you can access. If you try to access a page that requires a stricter level of permission than yours, the Unauthorized page is displayed. This problem is rare and can occur in the following when you:
- Paste a URL in the address bar that your assigned permission cannot access.
- Add an LDAP user on the Remedy SSO console but have not added it to an authorization profile or role from the TrueSight console. In this case, you are authenticated but not authorized.
