1 For the agent graph feature in the TrueSight console to work, the Infrastructure Management server version 10.0 must have the 10.0.500 update applied or it must be upgraded to the next higher version.
2 The versions of App Visibility for JAVA and .NET agents can be same, n-1, or n-2 as the corresponding version of App Visibility Manager. These agent versions cannot be higher than the App Visibility Manager version. For example, App Visibility Manager 11.3.01 works with agent versions 11.3.01(same), 11.0(n-1), or 10.7. (n-2).
3 The App Visibility Manager includes App Visibility Portal, App Visibility Collector, and App Visibility Proxy. It is compatible with the TEA Agent, AM KM, Borland Silk Performer, JAVA, and .NET agent components. For the supported versions, see the following table:
