mcwela command warning during upgrade
Issue
On a Microsoft windows computer, when you upgrade the Infrastructure Management server, you may find the following warning message for the mcwela command:
Failed to change service configuration – mcwela
Resolution
Run the following command:
"%MCELL_HOME%\bin\mcwela.exe" -r "%MCELL_HOME%\bin\mcwela.exe" -n <cell_name> -l "%MCELL_HOME%"
Note
- If the MCELL_HOME environment variable is not set, use
"-l mcell_home_path"for the preceding command. - Ensure that you run the preceding command with the administrative-level access.
