Local Integration Service is disconnected after applying the Infrastructure Management fix pack


After you install the fix pack for Infrastructure Management 11.3.02, it is possible that the local Integration Service associated with the Infrastructure Management server shows Disconnected status on the Managed Devices page on the TrueSight console.


  1. On the Presentation Server, navigate to <Presentation Server installation directory>\truesightpserver\bin.
  2. Run the following commands:
    1. Run the tssh component list command.
      From the component list displayed, identify and note the component ID corresponding to the Infrastructure Management server.
    2. Run the tssh component sync <component ID> SYNC_MOS command.
      You need to provide the component ID identified in the previous step.
