Integration Service uninstallation has warnings

While uninstalling the Integration Service, the following message is displayed in the uninstall.log file:
WARNING,com.bmc.install.product.bppm.iela.IELAService,
LOG EVENT 
{Description=[<AGENT_INSTALL> Failed to remove Impact Event Log Adapter Service, File C:\Program Files\BMC Software\TSIMAgent\Agent\server\bin\mcwela.exe does not exist],Detail=[]}

However, the Integration Service is successfully uninstalled.
