Triage and Remediation solution product requirements
Atrium Orchestrator integration is available in version 11.0.00.02 and later.
Before you begin installing the Triage and Remediation Solution, verify that your system meets the recommended systems requirements and has all prerequisite software installed and configured.
BMC Atrium Orchestrator requirements
You must have installed and configured the BMC Atrium Orchestrator platform components, as described in Installing the BMC Atrium Orchestrator platform.
You must also download and run the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Content Installer, to install the various modules, adapters, and artifacts required by the solution. See Installing the BMC Atrium Orchestrator components for the solution.
BMC Remedy ITSM requirements
If you are using BMC Remedy ITSM implementations, you must be running BMC Remedy ITSM and BMC Remedy Application Request System (ARS). BMC recommends you use the Content Installer to install the following preconfigured artifacts that are required for the solution:
- Change and Task Templates
- Incident Templates
- Operational Categorizations
- Approval Process Configurations
Events can be processed with or without BMC Remedy ITSM implementations. If you do not want to install BMC Remedy ITSM artifacts related to the Triage and Remediation Solution, then use the Custom Set path to install the Atrium Orchestrator Content. See Installation paths.
