Applying the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition Fix Pack 1 for version 11.0

This topic explains how to apply the fix pack to Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition components.

To apply the fix pack to the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition components, perform the following tasks:

  1. Download to an empty directory the Fix Pack 1 file from  the BMC EPD website. Open link
  2. Extract the fix pack files.
  3. Follow the upgrade procedure as instructed in the Upgrading the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition.

The version number in the fix pack upgrade utility shows 11.0.00.001
