Applying feature packs or fix packs on Remote Cells in the high-availability mode

Perform the following steps to apply feature packs or fix packs on remote cells in high-availability mode:
- Stop both the primary and secondary cells. For more information, see Starting or stopping the cell
- Install the Fix Pack on the secondary cell. For more information, see:
(Using the wizard) Applying feature packs or fix packs on the Integration Service and Remote Cell in the standalone mode using the wizard
(Silently) Applying feature packs or fix packs on the Integration Service and Remote Cell in the standalone mode silently - After installation, stop the secondary cell. For more information, see Starting or stopping the cell
- Install the Fix Pack on the primary cell. For more information, see:
(Using the wizard) Applying feature packs or fix packs on the Integration Service and Remote Cell in the standalone mode using the wizard
(Silently) Applying feature packs or fix packs on the Integration Service and Remote Cell in the standalone mode silently - Manually start the secondary cell. For more information, see Starting or stopping the cell
- Run the following command from a pw command prompt window to verify that both the primary and secondary cells are running:
mgetinfo -n <cell name> -v activity
The primary cell should be in Full Activity mode and the secondary cell should be in Standby mode.

Step 3 Phase B — Now that you have successfully installed the feature pack or fix pack on the Integration Service and Remote Cell, you must install it on the Infrastructure Management server.
