After extracting, the Presentation Server installation logs file is empty

After a successful installation of the TrueSight Presentation Server, if you access the Maintenance Tool and select the Zip Logs or Zip All Logs option, the file is downloaded in the tmp directory. When extracted, the TrueSightPserverLogs folder is empty. 

To resolve this issue, use the WinRar software instead of Winzip to extract the contents of the file.
