10.7.00.001: Fix Pack 1 for Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition

This is a specific Fix Pack release for the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition component of TrueSight App Visibility Manager version 10.7.

This Fix Pack only applies to changes for this component. It does not include any changes for any of the other App Visibility and Synthetic Monitor component.

With this Fix Pack you can either make a new installation or upgrade from version 10.7.

Enhancements

Starting with this Fix Pack, Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition requires an activation to use the Real User Analyzer.

You can receive the activation key by contacting BMC Customer Support, and requesting an activation key file.

During the installation or upgrade process, you enter the activation key for the Real User Analyzer.

Note

If you have already installed or upgraded Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition, you can by use the component's maintenance tool to enter the activation key. For details about entering the activation key, see Updating the Real User Analyzer activation key .

Installing the Fix Pack

Installing the Fix Pack for Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition 10.7 consists of the following steps:

1. Prepare for the installation of the Fix Pack.
2. Install the Fix Pack for Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition 10.7.
