This section lists how to troubleshoot issues related to the integration with TrueSight Capacity Optimization.

Resource not available message in TrueSight Capacity Optimization

The TrueSight Capacity Optimization log file displays the following error message:

HTTP response code:404,The requested resource is not available,please check if resource is available.


  1. Check if CMDB is configured in TrueSight Infrastructure Management.
  2. If CMDB is configured, check if the device for which you are getting an error message is present in the CMDB.
  3. Under Impact Model Designer in Atrium CMDB, create a Business Service model.
  4. From the pw command prompt window of the Infrastructure Management server, run the publish -v command.
