Data Collection and Consistency Status Problem report in the operator console
The Data Collection and Consistency Status Problem report is a consolidated report of both Data Gap and Data Collection. By default, report generation is enabled and gets generated every 720 minutes (12 hours).
To access the report
Enter the following URL:
https://<TrueSight Infrastructure Management server>/snapshots
This report is also sent to the email address of the recipients listed in the installationDirectory\pw\etc\hosts\admin_user file.

. You can also run the pw test mail
command to see the email configuration for emailing these reports.
To configure the report options
- Access the installationDirectory\pw\pronto\conf\pronet.conf file.
- Under the Data Collection and Gap check Properties group, modify the following properties as required:
Property Description pronet.rate.collcheck.missingintervals=60 Number of intervals to miss before it becomes a data gap pronet.rate.collcheck.checkinterval=720 Time interval (in min) for report generation. Can be in the range of 120 min to 1440 min pronet.rate.collcheck.xmlfileretention=15 Number of XML report files to retain pronet.rate.collcheck.senddetailedoutput=0 To get a detailed output of the report by email, set the value to 1
pronet.rate.collcheck.sendemptyemail.enable=0 To generate an empty email when there are no instances with issues, set the value to 1 Note
Data Gap is not applicable for streaming instances.
- If you made any changes, restart the Infrastructure Management server to apply the changes:
Run thepw system start
command from a command prompt window.
