Cross-launching from the TrueSight console to the operator console
To access some features not available in the TrueSight Console, you can cross-launch into the BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management operator console.
The cross-launch functionality is available from the Event Detail and Device Detail pages.
The cross-launch functionality is not supported on mobile platforms.
