BMC Server Automation Integration troubleshooting

When a flood of events is being sent to the BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server and you click the BladeLogic Device History option, the following exception occurs:

faultCode:Server.Processing faultString:'com.bmc.sas.ngp.service.NGPException:Error:Fatal error while retrieving BladeLogic history for <CI_name>

If this exception occurs, you do not need to take any action. After some time, the connection is automatically restored.
