Troubleshooting the browser-related issues when viewing service models in the TrueSight console

The following browser-related issues are observed when viewing service models in the TrueSight console:

  • When you refresh the browser, the nodes of the service model might appear smaller in size due to a change in the visualization aspect. BMC recommends that you do not refresh the browser.
  • In an Internet Explorer browser, the nodes of the service model might appear small.
  • In a Chrome browser, the data in some application pages might get selected unintentionally during a mouse click. For example, when you click Expand/Collapse on the Service details or Application details  page frequently, the CI details data is selected.
