Troubleshooting

Change in time format is not reflected on TrueOps

Problem: Time format update at the iOS device level is not reflected on TrueOps app.

Solution: After updating the time format, log out and log into the TrueOps app for the change to take effect. For example, when you change the time format from 12 to 24 hours format and so on.

Note

The time format for the Events list page comes pre-configured and is not user-configurable. Therefore, the time format change is not applicable to this page. See the illustrations for details.

Selecting All Services or All Applications on TrueOps and updated services or applications list

Problem: From the TrueOps app Settings > Select Services or Settings > Select Applications, you have selected All Services or All Applications option. When the list of services or applications was updated on the TrueSight Presentation Server, the modified service or application list is present but not automatically added or removed from the TrueOps.

Solution: Go to Settings > Select Services or Settings > Select Applications on TrueOps and tap on the All Services or All Applications to deselect, and tap All Services or All Applications again to include the modified list of services or applications.
