Upgrade issues

Issue

On Windows, while upgrading the  PATROL Agent from version 20.08 to 21.02 by using the RunSilentInstall command on the command line, an API key error is displayed.

Workaround

Run the command without specifying the API key as:

RunSilentInstall.exe

Note

Update the API key at a later time. For more information, see Updating the API key after the installation of PATROL Agents.
