Agent setup variables

In the PATROL Agent Configuration Utility, the variables listed in the following table are located in /AgentSetup.

  2. From the BMC_PATROL_HOST_DOMAIN_NAME environment variable, if the /AgentSetup/hostDomainName configuration variable is not set.
    Note: In a UNIX environment, this environment variable is set by the patrolrc.sh script.
  3. From the FQDN returned by System API, if the BMC_PATROL_HOST_DOMAIN_NAME environment variable is not set.
