End Users of PATROL Light Weight Protocols can represent a variety of different roles, such as IT Operations user, Technology Specialist, and Solution Administrator.

They usually do not execute tasks on PATROL for Light Weight Protocols, but rather access and consume results of the KM, such as the system output generated by the agent actions or menu commands.
