IPX protocols (NT_IPX_CONTAINER)

Serves as a container for all instances of the IPX protocol.

Note

The IPX protocols monitor type in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as the NT_IPX_CONTAINER application class in BMC PATROL.

There are no menu commands or parameters associated with the application.

The following information is displayed on the NT_IPX_CONTAINER InfoBox:

Item	Description
Icon type	the type of icon selected (computer, application, container, parameter)
State	the current state of the object
Application class	name of the application class
Default user name	the default PATROL user name, if any
Worst parameter	the name of the application parameter that is having the most problems, if any If more than one parameter is in a warning or an alarm state, the parameter with the most severe problems is shown
History retention	the length of time history is retained
