HYPER-V PARTITION (NT_HYPERV_PARTITION)
Monitors and displays information about all the partitions in the system.
This application class is a child instance of the NT_HYPERV_PARTITION_CONT application class. It has one menu command, Refresh Parameter that refreshes the collection of the HVprtPartitionInfo parameter.
InfoBox
The following information is displayed on the NT_HYPERV_PARTITION InfoBox:
Item | Description |
Icon type | the type of icon selected (computer, application, container, parameter) |
State | the current state of the object |
Application class | name of the application class |
Default user name | the default PATROL user name, if any |
Worst Parameter | the name of the application parameter that is having the most problems, if any |
History Retention | the length of time history is retained |
Worker Process ID | the process ID of the worker process corresponding to a VM |
UpTime | the uptime of the partition |

The following attributes are available for this monitor type:
- HVprtPartitionInfo
- Partition State (HVprtPartitionState)
- The number of virtual processors of the partition (virtual machine) (HVprtNoOfVirtualProcessors)
- The total memory allocated to the partition (virtual machine) (HVprtMemoryAllocated)
- 1G GPA Pages (HVprt1GGPAPages)
- 2M GPA Pages (HVprt2MGPAPages)
- Deposited Pages (HVprtDepositedPages)
