ARS_MAIN menu


Access the ARS_MAIN application menu. Following table lists the commands on the ARS_MAIN application menu.

Monitor Forms

 

Monitor Specific Form

Displays the Add Form Monitor dialog box, which allows you to add Monitor forms for monitoring.

The Monitor form lists the forms on the server that are being monitored for the number of records they contain.

 

Update Monitor Form

Displays a dialog box, which allows you to select an added monitor form for updating.

 

Delete Monitor Form

Displays a dialog box, which allows you to select an added monitor form for deleting.

Register AR System

Displays the Register AR System For Monitoring dialog box, which allows you to register the BMC Remedy AR System Server for monitoring.

Unregister AR System

Displays the Delete Server Group dialog box for, which allows you to unregister the BMC Remedy AR System Server.

Update AR System Registration

Displays the Register AR System For Monitoring dialog box for updating or editing the registered BMC Remedy AR System Server.

KM Administration

 

Set Java Home

Displays the Set Java Home dialog box, which allows you to provide the Java Home directory for all environments running on the specified PATROL Agent..

The environment variable, Java home or operating default, JAVA_HOME will be used by leaving this field empty.

 

Set Debug

Option to enable and disable debug for all BMC Remedy AR System Server environments running on the specified PATROL Agent.

 

 

On

Enables logging as global configuration for all environments running on the specified PATROL AgentThe log files are created at %PATROL_HOME%\logs\AR-KM-AR_Environment_Name-PATROL_Agent_name and %PATROL_HOME%\arskm\logs\java\ArsKM-AR Environment_Name.

 

 

Off

Disables logging as global configuration for all environments running on the specified PATROL Agent.

Reload Configuration

Option to refresh the configuration.
