Fixing Oracle instance configuration failure

If there is a failure to configure an Oracle instance, review the following details:

The PATROL OS Account or the account used from the PATROL Console has permissions to execute SQL*PLUS utility commands.
The privileged account used for the instance configuration must have dba privileges.
The PATROL OS Account must be able to open a SQL*PLUS connection to the Oracle database.
Confirm that the DEFAULT and TEMPORARY Tablespace for the database monitoring user includes the correct tablespace information.
While manually adding instances from the PATROL Console for configuration, do not provide a service name for a local instance.
