Peak Rate of Requests         (requestsPeak)

The requestsPeak parameter indicates the peak rate at which all requests were received by the server during a one-minute collections interval. The rate of requests is measured in subintervals, known as peak intervals, which have a default length of five seconds. The highest rate for each peak interval is analyzed and the requestsPeak parameter is populated with the highest rate.
