CPU Entitlement (Entitlement)
This parameter displays the processing capacity allocated to the AIX SPLPAR partition. It is the portion of physical processor resource assigned to the SPLPAR partition. The minimum processor entitlement is 0.1 CPU or 10 percent processing capacity of CPU. The number of partitions on the machine and the number of physical processors in the shared pool define entitlement value.
