The following table lists the error messages you might encounter while running the utility.
|No Patrol Agent found or cannot resolve host name||The PATROL Agent on the host computer is not running or the utility could not resolve the IP address or host name from the source PATROL Agent.|
|VC/ESX details unavailable||The VMware Virtual Center details are not available or the login credentials entered are incorrect.|
|PATROL Agent Security Mismatch|
The security level of the PATROL Agent where the utility is running is different from the security level of the host.
Note: The machine on which the PATROL Agent License utility is installed must have same or higher PATROL Agent security level than the host.
