Reference phrase Help1

Reference phrase Help displays a pop-up window that describes a highlighted word or phrase.

This facility offers further explanations of phrases or words that are mentioned in a displayed panel, field, or message Help panel. Help is also available for the action bar.

The dialog displays reference phrase Help when you position the cursor on a highlighted field within a Help panel and activate the Help feature.
