Message Help1
Message-level Help displays a pop-up window that clarifies the error triggering the message, describes the reason for the error message, and suggests actions to resolve the error.
After you activate the Help feature, the dialog displays a ''long message'' pop-up panel on the screen, and then the dialog displays the message-level Help.
