Setting user preferences
This topic provides the following information about setting user preferences.
Note
These settings are specific to the user logged on to the system.
Adding or changing user settings
To add or change user settings, navigate to Settings > User Settings, provide the following information, and click Update to apply the settings to the logged-on user.
Field | Description |

Page Size | (Optional) Select one of the following values for the number of entries to be displayed in search results (on the Search tab).

The email ID of the user to which the new password must be sent if you forget your password. | |
Landing Page | (Optional) Select one of the following options to set the search page or one of the dashboards pages as the landing page when you log on to the product.

Changing your Password
To change the password used for accessing the TrueSight IT Data Analytics product, navigate to Settings > Change Password, provide the following information, and click Update to apply the settings to the logged-on user.
Note
To change the password, you need to log on to TrueSight IT Data Analytics by using your existing credentials.
Field | Description |

Old Password | Enter your current password. |
New Password | Enter your new password. |
Re-enter New Password | Re-enter your new password. |
