BMC Helix Remedyforce

is supported on the Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, and Performance Edition versions of the Salesforce platform. For more information about the editions offered by Salesforce, see the Salesforce Help.

Supported browsers

Note

BMC Helix Remedyforce

is not supported on mobile browsers. If you want to use Remedyforce on mobile, BMC recommends that you use Salesforce mobile app.

Supported mobile devices and operating systems

The Service Desk on Salesforce and Self Service on Salesforce Remedyforce mobile apps are supported on phones and tablets that meet the following mobile operating system and version requirements:

  • From iOS 15.0 to 16.3
  • From Android 9.0 to 13

Best practice

To use the Self Service mobile app or Service Desk mobile app, BMC recommends that you install the latest versions of your mobile operating system and the Salesforce mobile app.
