Salesforce platform
BMC Helix Remedyforce is supported on the Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, and Performance Edition versions of the Salesforce platform. For more information about the editions offered by Salesforce, see the Salesforce Help.

Google Chrome | Latest stable browser version of Google Chrome Note: Post upgrading to Chrome version 80, enabling the SameSite settings and upgrading to Remedyforce Winter 20 there will be a one-time loss of all the user preferences settings stored in cookies. Post upgrading to Chrome version 88, you cannot save or download images and videos that are hosted on HTTP server or URLs. Chrome blocks this as mixed content. For more information, see

Note
BMC Helix Remedyforce is not supported on mobile browsers. If you want to use Remedyforce on mobile, BMC recommends that you use Salesforce mobile app.

Best practice
To use the Self Service mobile app or Service Desk mobile app, BMC recommends that you install the latest versions of your mobile operating system and the Salesforce mobile app.
