Managing profiles


You can control what users can do within their organization by assigning the appropriate user permissions and access settings in a profile. Based on your requirements, you can assign appropriate profiles to users.

To manage profiles

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Manage Users tile, and from the menu select Profiles.

    Note

    If enhanced profile list views are enabled for your organization, you get Insufficient Privileges error and a link to the right page. Click the link to go the Profile page.
