Omni channels support in the BMC Helix Remedyforce chatbot

The following BMC Helix omni channels are supported in the BMC Helix Remedyforce chatbot:

  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SMS (through Twillo). This channel requires Twillo subscription.

Note that all the configurations are performed on the BMC Helix platform to enable omni channels for BMC Helix Remedyforce. Refer the following documentation for configuring the required channels.
