read license

In BMC Remedy AR System, a license that allows users to create and search forms and to submit requests, but does not allow users to modify requests. All users, unless otherwise defined, have a read license. If a server is configured accordingly, users can modify requests they have submitted. See also restricted-read-license and write-license.
