In BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, the progress of a request as it moves through the stages of its lifecycle. The application displays the progress within a form such as an incident request. A process flow diagram shows the stages of the process, as indicated by best practices rooted in ITIL processes. The process flow diagram indicates the current stage and state of the request. The process flow diagram also serves as a wizard, guiding the user through the lifecycle.
