history level

In BMC PATROL, a parameter that sets whether the time period of the historical data about the class is collected and stored is inherited from the computer-level or is set at the class level (local). Because storage resources vary from machine-to-machine, history level must be inherited to allow the end-user to easily control the historical data retention period.
