approval chain


In BMC Service Request Management, a group of different kinds of approval processes that are chained together so that they occur one after the other in sequence. For example, an administrator can configure an approval chain so that a service request must be approved first by the manager of the user. If the manager of the user approves the service request, it moves up the chain to a second approval process.
