Reset your Password

1. Go to http://www.bmc.com/support and click on Login on the top right hand side.
   
   
   
2. Enter your registered email and click "Next".
   
   
   
3. Click on 'Login Help/Reset Password'
   
   
4. Click on 'Forgot my password'
   
   
5. Enter your Email address and click 'Continue'
   
   
6. A success screen will be displayed
   
   
7. Please check your emails and click on the 'Reset' button in the middle of the Email
   
   
8. Enter a new password for your Account and click Submit
   
   
9. A success screen will be displayed
   
   
10. You will receive a confirmation email
