Reset your Password
- Go to http://www.bmc.com/support and click on Login on the top right hand side.

- Enter your registered email and click "Next".

- Click on 'Login Help/Reset Password'

- Click on 'Forgot my password'

- Enter your Email address and click 'Continue'

- A success screen will be displayed

- Please check your emails and click on the 'Reset' button in the middle of the Email

- Enter a new password for your Account and click Submit

- A success screen will be displayed

- You will receive a confirmation email
