My BMC Team
The ‘My BMC Team’ application will help you with the name, email address, and phone number of your BMC account team members. You can find your Sales team, Renewals team, Customer Success representatives, Services project managers and many more useful contacts here.
You can now see contact details for the following representatives:
- Renewal Representative: Displays the contact details of your renewal representatives.
- Sales Team: Displays the contact details of your Sales team.
- Services Team: Displays the contact details of your Services Project Manager in case you have a current BMC Services project.
- BMC Advantage: Displays the contact details of your BMC Advantage.
- Premier Support: Displays the contact details of your Premier Support Team.
- Customer Value Realization: Displays the contact details of your Customer Value Realization.
- Education Services: Displays the contact details of your Education Services representatives.
Every contact card shown includes:
- Photo
- Job Title
- Country
- Email address
- Phone number
How do I get started?
You will need to have at least one Support ID already added to your BMC profile, either through an automated process (e.g., a product purchase) or by using the Manage Support IDs application. If you don’t have a Support ID, please contact customer_care@bmc.com to get your first Support ID.

You can access ‘My BMC Team’ via BMC Support Central's 'My Support' menu
Alternatively, you can find it via the ‘Contact BMC’ page
For Consultants and Partners
Consultants and Partners will need to have at least one Support ID added to your account profile from each of the companies for whom you would like to find the contact details. You can then use the ‘Select Company’ dropdown to filter the contact person responsible for each of the individual companies that you represent.
