Speak To A Support Manager
If you would like to speak to a support manager, please call the Support line and ask to speak to the Support Manager responsible for your case and they will put you in touch with the appropriate person.
Please note that most Technical Support Professional's include the email address of their Support Manager in their signature. If you feel a support case is not progressing properly, or in case of other general management queries please feel free to send an email to the Support Manager responsible for your case. If the Support Manager email address is missing from Technical Support Professional's signature you can also contact the Customer Care team at customer_care@bmc.com or via “Chat with Customer Care” and they will be happy to share the information with you.
In case you want to raise a formal escalation for one or more support cases please contact your Account Manager.
