Postinstallation procedures for BMC Remedy Smart Reporting

After you complete installing Remedy Smart Reporting on your server, perform the following steps:

When Remedy Smart Reporting is installed on a distributed environment, Remedy Smart Reporting Server, Remedy AR Server and Remedy Mid-Tier servers are installed on different hosts.
You will need to configure Smart Reporting to access Smart Reporting URL from the Mid-Tier as well as the Remedy AR server.

You must change the heap size and perm size of the Remedy Smart Reporting web server to onboard multiple tenants in UNIX environments.
