| 10 December, 2025 | Updates available in 25.4.01 hotfix 1: Important: Apply the hotfix 25.4.01.001 only if you have already downloaded and installed the BMC Helix Service Management 25.4.01 files. If you have not yet downloaded and installed BMC Helix Service Management 25.4.01, proceed with either a fresh installation or upgrading your existing BMC Helix Service Management environment by using the 25.4.01.001 installer. The 25.4.01.001 installer is a complete package. It can be used for fresh installations, upgrades, and can also be applied as a hotfix to an existing 25.4.01 installation.
