BMC Helix Service Management installation process
A typical installation of BMC Helix Service Management requires two namespaces as shown in the following image:

Create the namespaces to install BMC Helix Platform and BMC Helix Innovation Suite, and configure the master and worker nodes in the cluster. For information about the orchestration platforms and namespaces requirements, see Orchestration platforms. |
d | Set up load balancer and Ingress controller | Review the supported load balancer, load balancer SSL methods, and headers for SSL configurations. Review the Ingress controller and parameter value requirements. Set up the load balancer and Ingress controller for your cluster. |

a | Download the installation files and container images access key from Electronic Product Download (EPD). | |
