Comparing records based on the Match On clause
By default, records are matched based on the Match On clause in the form mapping. You can override this by setting any Match On Fields.
The following screenshot shows a comparison for APR:SYS-Approval Definition. The list of matching, source only, or target only records appear in the top table.
To show the field-by-field comparison, select a row from the table.
The Match field in the records table allows you to filter by records that were matched using the Match On Fields comparison setting.
The Field Match column shows one of the following values:
- FULL MATCH—All core fields and non-core fields match.
- NON CORE MATCH—All of the non-core fields match.
- NO MATCH—At least one field does not match.
The Compare field in the field comparison table allows you to filter the fields for the selected record to display only values that do not match.
