Opening a form in a new window

The BMC Remedy AR System home page supports opening a form on the existing open window or opening a form on a new window. When you click an entry point on the Application List field, the form opens on the same window, replacing the existing content. When you perform Shift+Click (press the Shift key on the keyboard and click the left mouse button) on an entry point present on the Application List field, the form opens on a new window.

Note

Depending on the browser, the form opens on a new window or a new tab.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
