Navigating the BMC Remedy AR System interface

The Remedy AR System interface helps the end users to navigate the AR System forms and other objects, Approval Central and consoles of Remedy applications.

Remedy AR System interface (Mid Tier view)

To access the Remedy Mid Tier interface, enter the URL http://<hostName>:<portNumber>/arsys where (hostName is the name of the web server where Remedy Mid Tier is running).

The following sections provide information about how to navigate the Remedy AR System interface:

1. Using-the-AR-System-Object-List
   The AR System Object List displays a list of all forms and other object types for which users have permissions. The Remedy AR System administrator can make the object list available in a browser, by entering the URL:
   http://<hostName>:<portNumber>/arsys/forms 
   (hostName is the name of the web server where Remedy Mid Tier is running).
   
   
   
   
2. Opening-Approval-Central
   The Approval Central form, which acts as the approval server console, appears when you log in to Remedy AR System and click the Approval Central link on the home page. This link is localized. To navigate to the Approval Central, enter the following URL:
   http://<hostName>:<portNumber>/arsys/forms/<serverName>/Approval Central
   where hostName is the name of the web server where Remedy Mid Tier is running, and serverName is the name of the Remedy AR System server where Remedy Approval Server is running.
