New data is not displayed


If your new data is not displayed in your flashboard, ask the following questions:

  • Did you refresh your flashboard? You must refresh your flashboard to view the most recent historical, summary, and real-time data.
  • Has your BMC Remedy Flashboards server been functioning correctly during the collection interval? If your server is not functioning correctly, it does not collect data.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
